My payment hasn't been deducted. What should I do?

If your payment hasn't been deducted, you will receive an email with information about this. You can then log in to your profile and click on the 'Payment' section to view the overview and update your payment method. You will receive a receipt by email once your payment has been processed.

Note: It may take 3-5 business days from the time you add your payment method until the amount is deducted. If you do not update your payment method, or if your payment is not registered for another reason, the system will automatically delete your registration.
