Searching for lists on Waitly's website

Using the search function on the homepage, you can search for cities or specific lists by the name of the rental property/cooperative housing association.

For example, if you are looking for a cooperative housing in Roskilde, you should search as shown below.

Explanation of red numbers

  1. Enter the city or the association's/rental property's/list's name. Here, for example, "Roskilde" is entered.
  2. As you type, a number of options will appear. Here you should select one of the displayed options. In this example, "Roskilde, Denmark" is selected.
  3. Select Housing type. Here, "Cooperative housing association" is chosen.
  4. Click the search button.

You will now see all the results from your search.

  • You can quickly get an overview via the map function on the right or by scrolling through the search results. At the bottom of the map, you can also move the map and zoom in and out. You can also navigate around the map by dragging it.
  • On the buttons "See details," you can view further information about the association and sign up for the list.

Finding relevant information about the housing/list

After clicking the "See details" button, you will enter the association's page on Waitly. Here you can read more information about the association and its lists. There may, for example, be special criteria for signing up, etc.

Note that not all of these pages have a sign-up button. Only those lists where the associations/rental properties have given permission will the sign-up button be visible.

Explanation of red numbers

  1. Click here to sign up for the list.
  2. See important details about the association/rental property and read the description.
  3. Here you can follow which lists the association/rental property has on Waitly. In this example, there is, for instance, an internal and external list. It is possible to see how many registrations there are on each list, and how many of the registrations are respectively active and passive.
  4. Further down, you can see the association's/rental property's location on the map.
  5. Here you can see documents that the association/rental property has chosen to make freely available. This could be, for example, statutes, annual reports, etc.

Signing up for a list

When you have found a list you wish to sign up for, you must click the "Sign up for the list" button. Then you will be taken to the sign-up page. Here you must fill in the required information to be on the list. Additionally, you will be able to see further information about the list such as estimated waiting time, number of sales/rentals per year, price, monthly fee, number of rooms, and floors.

Explanation of red numbers

  1. Here the price for being on the list is shown. It can be free or have a one-time registration fee and/or a fixed annual fee.
  2. Here you must enter the details of the person you are registering. For example, if you are signing your friend or your child up for the list, it must be the friend's/child's details that appear here.
  3. If the list is a relation list, in addition to the registrant's details, you must also fill in information about the relation that the registrant has in the property/association.
Note: If it is not a relation list, these fields will not be shown.
  4. To continue to the payment window and complete the registration, you must now check the two boxes regarding truth and honor, as well as Waitly's terms of trade and privacy policy, and then click "Start registration - click here". You will also be shown your estimated position on the list here.

  6. At the bottom, you can follow which lists the association/rental property has on Waitly. It is possible to see how many registrations there are on each list, and how many of the registrations are respectively active and passive.

By clicking "Start registration - click here," you will now be taken to the payment window (if the list is not free).

  5. You can click here if you already have one or more payment methods linked to your Waitly profile and want to use one of these instead of adding a new one.

After clicking "Save," you will be taken to a page that may look like one of the following. This depends on whether the administrator's final approval is required.

You have now done what you need to register, and you will be able to see and follow the registration on your Waitly profile.
