Waitly+ is a subscription add-on to your profile at Waitly, giving you additional benefits for your housing search. You can still use Waitly without a Waitly+ subscription.
With Waitly+ you get access to the following:
See waiting times on previously sold homes
With this feature, you can see how long it has previously taken to be offered a home in selected associations. This makes it easier to assess:
- How quickly homes are typically sold
- The position the buyer had on the waiting list
- How active an association’s movements on the list are
- What type of apartment it was (size, rooms, floor)

Get a head start on new waiting lists and associations
As a Waitly+ member, you receive an email notification 24 hours before everyone else when new waiting lists and associations are published. This gives you the opportunity to sign up early and get a better position.
Exclusive newsletters with cooperative housing
Receive cooperative housing for sale directly from real estate agents and private sellers in a special newsletter for Waitly+ users. We gather and send sales listings so you save time.
Notifications about available spots on full lists
Automatically receive a notification at 7 AM when a spot opens up on attractive lists. As a Waitly+ member, you are always among the first to sign up for popular associations.

The Waitly+ subscriptions is available with monthly or yearly payment. If you choose the yearly subscription you save what equals to two months membership.
Cancelling Waitly+
Cancelling Waitly+ is easy and it does not affect your other sign-ups. Your right to a refund does not apply to Waitly+ memberships. To read more this please read our terms and conditions here.
Log in to your Waitly profile and delete the subscription by clicking the "Delete subscription" button shown in the red box in the image below.
