This article provides an overview of how to edit and manage your user profile on Waitly.
Edit Profile Information
Here you can learn how to change the user information registered under your Waitly profile.
The information you can change includes:
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Birthday
- Email Address
- Password
NOTE.
Please note that your profile information is different from the information registered on your sign-ups. The information on your sign-ups is locked and can only be changed by the list administrator.
How to do it
Start by logging into your Waitly profile here.
Once logged in, click on Edit Profile.
To change your password and email address, scroll down the page.
Explanation of the red numbers below
At number 1 you can edit your profile name, at number 2 your address, at number 3 your phone number, and at number 4 your birthday. Be sure to also add the correct "Country" next to the black arrow when editing your address.
If you want to change your email address, you can do this next to number 5. To change the password you log in with, first enter your new password next to numbers 6 and 6a, then enter your old password next to number 6b.
Always remember to finish by clicking Save to save your changes.
Gold, Silver, and Bronze Profiles
A gold profile is a profile where additional information about you and your housing search has been filled in.
When you create a profile on Waitly, your profile will automatically be a bronze profile. By filling in more information, you can achieve a silver profile or a gold profile.
How to achieve a gold profile
Start by logging into your Waitly profile here.
Once logged in, click on Edit Profile.
Silver and gold profiles are achieved by earning points. Points are earned by entering information under the 3 tabs: Personal (up to 4 points), Status (up to 4 points), and Interest (up to 1 point). Each time you enter new information and save using the Save button, the meter next to the red arrow will increase, and you will gradually achieve a silver profile and then a gold profile.
